Massive environmental glitches

Okay, so I havent played skyrim in a long while and I go about playing when suddenly massive envinronmental glitches. I won't be able to play until I resolve this issue.

Every time I see someone post pictures like that, the answer they get is always that it's artifacting from the graphics card. So check your drivers, see if they need updated, and try reducing your graphics settings or removing mods that add a lot of strain on the graphics (such as the hi-res textures and realistic lighting).
