Wuffie
I hear it makes the game not as fun when the monsters level up with you, there any good mods to make it more like a classic rpg for that sense of accomplishment of being a powerful character

Wuffie
is it worth getting for a first time player?
paintballmaster254
I wish I had it the first time I played oblivion. It balances the game much more, it makes it actually worth leveling up. Just read about it.
Guest
Cyrodil Upgrade Overhaul is also an excellent mod that unlevels the game. It also makes faction specific loot and makes each faction unique, which OOO doe not do. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20288

Guest
yes it is compatable, cuo does not change body meshes. Be sure to download CURP:http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19254 The resource pack contains all of the textures, meshes, and items that CUO uses. Wuffie
should i get all 5 cuo packs? and to install i just extract to /program files/oblivion?
myrmaad
should i get all 5 cuo packs? Yes get everything on that download page as well as the WIP one. When you update you won't have to re-download any of the non-wip packs, only the updated wips and the esm. At some point the wip will become a pack and you won't have to update it, you'll get a new wip. Does that make sense? (It'll become Pack 6, and you would get a WIP 7) Anyway, yes, install straight into your Oblivion folder just like it says. I use this too, and I love it!
