Load Order advisement

Hello this is my load order. Unfortunately my game crashes on exiting to the desktop every time, I crash frequently (randomly), mainly out in the world map space and less often inside interiors, although not *that* often for running this game on Windows 7 I guess.

 

Thank you for the help and all of the awesome mods, I decided to start playing Fallout 3 again but sadly it isn't the most stable experience even completely without any mods. My game used to be more stable and playable with about 30% more mods than I even have this time..

Oh yeah also I don't use FOSE because it interferes with Steam in a way that it won't sync (not sure if that's the correct term) with Fallout 3 correctly.

 

Should I ditch the Unofficial Fallout 3 patches?

That's always been my primary concern because it doesn't install manually like I do with the rest of the mods I use, I tried to avoid conflicts with which mods I chose to use. Only a few plugins I have contain conflicting files, but it's non important stuff like the texture on a plasma rifle for example (which works fine). So I always thought that the unofficial fallout 3 patch is to blame for a conflict somewhere because it's not manually installed like most mods or whatever so I can't tell about which files will be conflicting when I'm installing all these mods.

 

Also thanks again for whoever will look at this and see if anything is way out of place. Again I don't use FOSE.

I'm running GOTY steam version with latest update which is required anyway.

Also are there any really awesome, highly compatible nonFOSE mods out there that are cool. Thank you.

 

Also I understand certain mods I am running have features which require FOSE, but FOSE isn't required to run it just the features. For example, the mini hideout mod works fine it's just I can't sort stuff, or something along those lines.

 

I'm also running DC interiors and thought that might be causing a lot of the crashing out in the world map... I've been to several of these DC interior locations and all have functioned flawlessly and no texture or meshes missing anywhere in the game I've witness thus far, I know how to install things just fine but am unsure of maybe some overall compatibility issues. The game doesn't crash more often in any specific area besides Rivet City but that's always happened in FO3 and plus I don't have much that alters Rivet City, otherwise crashes occur randomly throughout the world map (but also interiors occasionally).

 

Yeah I guess if I had to uninstall most of what I'm running let's just say I wouldn't even play the game there is jsut so much great content out there, thanks again. :)

 

For example: I wouldn't dare to play the game again without people and mutants turning into a little pile of searing bones and flesh exploding in mid air and spreading around burning chunks all over the room after I shoot em with mah energy weapons, thanks to the EVE mod which is awesome and I've tested and works flawlessly; every noticeable mod content I have wanted to test has performed flawlessly basically but the damn game just crashes too often.
