Beautifull Women Face Mod Help?

Here's the link for the mod, it's supposed to re-texture the female faces to look MUCH better. I've extracted the files correctly, they show up in the data files menu so I can activate them but when I play the game I see absolutely NO change. Can some one PLEASE tell me what I'm doing wrong??

it says there are two esp's,you only used one, I hope?

you did activate the mod?

I'm not being sarcastic,but you give little info other than it doesn't work...makes it hard to answer or help you
