LE Sockets

I would love to see someone make a Socket System for the Weapons and Armor and making the Useless Gems have Certain Properties. (Examples listed Below)

 

Amethyst Gems

Quality/ Weapon/ Shield/ Helm&Armor/ Sell Price

 

Normal/ +20 to attack rating/ +8 to defense/ +3 to strength/ 300 Gold

 

Flawless/ +40 to attack rating/ +24 to defense/ +8 to strength/ 1000 Gold

 

 

Ruby Gems

Quality/ Weapon/ Shield/ Helm&Armor/ Sell Price

 

Normal/ +3-4 fire damage/ 12% resist fire/ +6-8 to max Hit Points/ 300 Gold

 

Flawless/ +8-12 fire damage/ 24% resist fire/ +19 to max Hit Points/ 1000 Gold

I wanted too to have a socket system in Skyrim, not sure it will ever be possible though. With that in mind, I did my own system, just without sockets:

The thing though is that the vanilla gems aren't used by it, at least not atm.

 

If someone was to do one with actual sockets, I would probably use it instead.
