Fallout 3 Causing BSOD

So I have FO3 installed, graphics setting on low, lighting on none, Vertical sync off, full screen or windowed mode doesn't matter. I randomly get complete system crashes/reboots with a WinXP Blue Screen of Death. When it does run, it runs great. It just likes to crash at random.

I´ve had the same problem. It seems that it is caused by our sound cards or by something with hardware acceleration of sound. Try to run dxdiagnosis (start->run->dxdiag), go to sound tab and change hardware sound acceleration to "basic acceleration" (second from the left). It should be okay then
