Ryozu
So I have FO3 installed, graphics setting on low, lighting on none, Vertical sync off, full screen or windowed mode doesn't matter. I randomly get complete system crashes/reboots with a WinXP Blue Screen of Death. When it does run, it runs great. It just likes to crash at random. Circuitous
Do you have your most recent video card driver? Seems your most likely candidate, everything else seems okay.
Zarkon
I´ve had the same problem. It seems that it is caused by our sound cards or by something with hardware acceleration of sound. Try to run dxdiagnosis (start->run->dxdiag), go to sound tab and change hardware sound acceleration to "basic acceleration" (second from the left). It should be okay then
Echo Icehand
Yeah I got the similar problem. My system randomly locks up or crashes randomly between 0 and 60 minutes, if i install FO3, but not if i remove all xlive files. Could be that for you to,
