I would verify by googling your specific windows operating system. For me: Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts Then you pick the "change user account control settings" Move the switch all the way down. **warning: it is not advised to leave it there permanently** You will have to restart your computer with the new setting. Then you can test to see if it made a difference when you take screenshots in-game. My screenshots always ended up in my Bethesda/oblivion folder right beside the exe and the data folder (not inside it). I had the old school oblivion by CD, not on Steam. I don't know if you have a different path for your screenshots or not. Please don't leave your UAC off. Only when you play to get screenshots. Don't want anything changed accidentally. Good luck! Bandicam is another utility altogether and goes where ever you set it up. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding.
