Mod Request : Ability to move Control Hints

Hi,

 

Maybe this exists already and I just can't find it, but I think it'd be helpful if there was a mod that would allow the control hints to be movable to a different part of the screen, even if with a limited set of possibilities.

 

Essentially, on my bigger monitor, I can't see the hints on the top right of the screen while fighting. If I could move them closer to the middle, I could make use of them. I think this'd be helpful in general so I have to wonder if it already exists.
