Color Mismatch/Neack Seams even in Vanilla

Hello there!

I've done a post about my issues on reddit but didn't receive any help so far, so I'm trying my luck here.

I've been trying for a few days on my own now but I just can't seem to solve this problem on my own anymore. Not sure if I'm going crazy or not.
I will get straight to the point: I have some color mismatch or neck seam issues (whatever they are called in my instance) between the head and body. I never had those issues in the past, just recently when I got back into Skyrim.
[Modded] Color Mismatch/Neck Seam:
I've used the following combinations, each of them ended up with the same issues, some more severe than others:
CBBE + Bijin Family + Bijin Skin for Bijin Family
CBBE + Fair Skin Complex
UNP + Bijin Family + Bijin Skin for Bijin Family
UNP + Ordinary Women of Skyrim + Fair Skin Complex
UNP + Fair Skin Complex
UNP + The Pure Skin UNP
I've tried pretty much every combination and resolution these mods offer, as well as every possible load order.I don't use any ENB. My weather+lighting mods are ELFX + Obsidian (disabling them didn't help either).
In almost every case my own character was not affected (or just slightly, barely visible) by the mismatch between head and body. NPCs on the other hand were very much visible. It's like the bodies had some sort of weirdly streched textures with low resolution and even weird pixelation right near at the border of the seam.
After trying for way too long, I tried 2 clean reinstallations of Skyrim SE:
I uninstalled every mod via Vortex,
deleted the Skyrim SE main folder found in /steamapps/common,
deleted the Skyrim SE .ini folder found in documents/mygames,
verified integrity via Steam,
reset nvidia settings to default via nvidiaProfileInspector,
uninstalled via Steam,
reinstalled via Steam
But the mismatch/neck seam still persists.
[Vanilla] Color Mismatch/Neck Seam (Alternate Start added later on so I could create new test characters quicker):
Now, am I going crazy and forgot that this really IS the default state of vanilla Skyrim with the bad color mismatches, or is this not normal at all? Because I don't remember it being this bad. I've also tried to compare it to some random vanilla playthroughs on Youtube just to be 100% sure but it seems like something is wrong with my Skyrim.
Did I miss anything to delete or reset? Could this be some sort of problem with my graphics drivers, for whatever reason?
I'm using a GeForce GTX 660, just recently updated the driver version to "GeForce 440.97 WHQL - [r440_92-4]"
Modwatch:
My specs for good measure:
Win 10 64bit
Intel Core i5-3570k CPU @ 3.40GHz
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
