Akrid Posted May 5, 2004 Posted May 5, 2004 I depends, If you want to create weapons like the ones in the game already but just change the stats, then use the TESCS. I'm assuming though you want to make new ones from scratch, you will need 3DsMax, it cost only $3,500. So if you have money to blow, it's a good buy, only make sure your very very serious about 3D modelling. There are other programs but there not so compatable with the TESCS. Also you should have a drawing program like Photoshop (v7.0 cost $700) Do not pirate these programs either, because you could face jail time. Also you will need a texture mapper, witch is free. As for installing plugins there is a instruction for it in plugins on this site. Hope this helps.
Xeniorn Posted May 5, 2004 Posted May 5, 2004 If you mean creating weapons in-game, you need Armorer mod (by Indestructible). I think I saw it in MS database, try looking there.
