I'm not sure about the armor but if we could get an MMD model, we could actually port it to the game by renaming bones and making sure everything is sized and set correctly. I can't get on it since I don;t have my 3d software and plugins installed, been a while since I've done this but throwing the info out there in case anyone wants to get a go at it. Once done you could probably just go around "nekkid" with just the Akko witchy costume and use magic armor, or maybe make it a race power for the "Akko" race.
