Trouble with Dagi/Ohmes Raht

I'm kind of new to the modding community, but I find that I'm loving it. My Skyrim has never looked better and my options have never been so broad. Unfortunately, I've run into a snag.

I saw the Ohmes Raht and Dagi Raht mods and immediately wanted to have characters of them. I downloaded them both and tried them separately, but I keep getting the same problem: When ever I enter character creation and I select the Ohmes/Dagi Raht, the male model comes up with no problem, but when I try to switch to female my game freezes on me.

I've had CBBE and now have UNP female bodies installed, and even when I've selected the correct options I still get a freeze. Did something, somehow, go wrong with the download (I used NMM for both)? Or does this simply mean my computer just can't handle the new race, even though it runs fine with the mods I have on?

Just so you know:

1. I do not have Dawnguard
