Help With Changing Meshes Added By A Mods ESP

What you now have are known as "loose files". When placed in the appropriate, original folders under the game "Data" folder, they will be used instead of those in BSA files once you toggle "ArchiveInvalidation" off-and-on again. You can package them up into your own archive and simply install them after the original "Spice of Life" mod so they will overwrite the files from that mod with the same file names. (Check the instructions for your archive manager on how to create such a package. Or see the wiki article "How to create archives" or "google it".) Packing them back into a BSA is not something you need to do and frankly not worth the effort unless you have hundreds of files with intentions to publish them. (If so, be sure to check the permissions on the original mod first.) It is always best to keep your customization work separate from another author's original files.

If you do decide to go the BSA route, use the tool "BSArch" (freeware) by zilav: A command line tool for packing and unpacking Bethesda archives. The most complete support setting the correct flags across the various games.
