No blood on body / face (Crimson Tide + Bloody Facials)

I've installed both Crimson Tide and Bloody Facials. Nevertheless there's never any blood on my character's body or face.

 

Any ideas what could be causing this?

in regards t o crimson tide, its kind of broken. Otherwise, i dont think blood shows up on your characters body unless your in third person mode.
