any mod that fixes spectacle island build water power other side of the island bug?

u know the bug where u build like extra 100 or 200 power and it becomes 20 again when u are other side of the island some time and then u half to DC and reconnect the power to fix it

 

is there mod that fixes it?

 

and for any1 mentioned Workshop Framework i so comments that ppl have problems with it after last beth patch

 

better yet if its just bug fix for it nothing else doesn't do anything else
