Vampire Mod

Could somebody make a vampire mod which does the following:

 

- Removes sun damage

- Removes the facial changes, but keeps the eyes (I'm an Argonian and becoming a vampire changes my face to a dull red / black)

 

- (Optionally) makes feeding restore a bit of health & magicka

 

I have found a few mods similar to what I need, but they are insufficient for various reasons.
