NMM Community Edition won't let me download mods

Hey guys,

 

Fortunately I was able play Skyrim (SKSE) without any problems for the last few months - that's something!

Unfortunately, Nexus Mod Manager finally forced me to update to 0.70.9 and I can't download new mods ever since. Everytime I try a download, an Error message occurs:

"Nexus Mod Manager has encountered an error and needs to close.

A Trace Log file was created at:

C:\Users\pcadmin\Downloads\Ergebnisse_EA\Nexus Mod Manager\TraceLog20191031122319.txt"

 

I think the solution is somewhere in the folders, as always, but I don't know what to look out for. I can't really make sense of the Trace Log either, although this part just might be interesting:

In all my years playing Skyrim, I've never had any problems with NMM and I'm really far from being a computer scientist so I appreciate every help!

 

 

Edit: I just noticed that I've probably posted this to the wrong place. Any idea how I can move this thread to Vortex Support?
