got to command line step and messed up on third line of code closed the command prompt then opened it again and failed the 3rd line again so then i tried the first two again, after i finally got the 3rd line to complete i edited the registry and user files and tried to launch editor.exe but was met with "Error Editor.dll can't be loaded". has anybody got an idea of how to solve this problem?

 

edit: it seems as if the database is functioning properly i got skald to find the db i think i am just missing the editor.dll it isnt even in the zipped folder of the official mod tools. do i need to download it again? i have a really bad internet connection so i would have to bring my comp to a friends house to do that.
