Custom Power Armor help

Hey, so, I want to create some power armor mods for Fallout 4 (custom power armor pieces, based on some mechs from an anime I like). Does anyone know any tutorials that can help me?

I can model and UV unwrap in Maya, and can texture in PhotoShop and Substance but I don't know how to use the Creation Kit, or get the stuff I need to create the power armor pieces correctly (so it's the right size, doesn't clip, that sort of thing).

I also want to know how make arms pieces that "replace" the arms of the frame, as one of the mechs I want to recreate has real thin arms.

Any help would be much appreciated!
