Stuttering and freezes everywhere.

Okay, I know have been here my CTD's. however, I don't have those now, however NOW I have pretty constant stuttering,(But receive absolutely no FPS drop at all. A solid 60fps).l and sometimes when I enter a new cell, I get frozen, no mater the area, however I do get freezes sometimes just walking on a path, etc.

Anyways, I've been through all my mod pages, and couldn't really find any conflicts between mods, but it is a conflict with mods...as default Skyrim plays fine. Anyways, I was wondering if someone could see if I have any conflicts that are possibly known, or see if any mods just...don't work together.

Anyways, here's my boss log. Ignore the dirty save that Update.esm is saying, it is a common thing it is saying for some reason, ignore it.

Also to note : I do have 1 cloak.esp and 1 balanced magic selected, ignore those too.

So entering a new cell means reading from the hard drive, unless you have Skyrim installed on an SSD. Assuming you do not, there are a bunch of standard things to check, and you may have already done them all. So defragmenting the hard drive, adding an exclusion so any antivirus software so it doesn't try to scan the Skyrim files whenever they are read from disk, just doing a general check on the hard drive to make sure it's not about to fail, etc. So if you tell me you are using an SSD, I just wasted all this typing. But what you are saying now sounds like stuttering that occurs when reading new data from disc. There was a post a long time ago that suggested setting an ini file property to some huge value so that all the external mesh data would be loaded when you started the game, instead of when you crossed a new cell boundary or whatever. I can probably find it if you want to try that approach. It was in some topic started by yafi, with a somewhat dramatic title (she tended to do that for some reason), so it shouldn't be too hard to find. I have Skyrim on an SSD, so I'm not sure what sort of issues people typically have with a HD Skyrim install. It must be kind of slow sometimes. That would make sense. Edited by blitzen
