Missing ground outside Viola Giordano's house in Windhelm

I haven't been around Windhelm a whole lot in my current playthrough, so I'm not 100% sure what's causing this. I did recently create a Wrye Bash Patch, although I don't know if that's it for sure.

 

I've looked it up, and apparently it's a mod confilct. The only mods I have that I can see doing this are Dawn of Skyrim and ETaC. Both of which, are said to be compatible on both of their pages. Perhaps it could be the ones adding to the landscape like DSL, maybe?

UPDATE: I was able to get it fixed!

 

I opened up the command console, clicked around to see what cells were affected by what mod, and pinned it down to Snowy AF Windhelm. It said it was compatible with Dawn of Skyrim. I think I installed it before which might've been the cause, but otherwise, lesson learned. Do not trust mod authors.
