CTD When Entering Altered Cells

So, I'm vaguely new to the modding experience, and I've been having this problem ever since I started adding mods to my SKSE game. I have the essential script extender (latest version, SKSE64), Nexus, and LOOT. When I started adding mods, I noticed that anything that adds a location/adds something to a location results in my inability to enter that cell.

For example, I tried downloading a Bosmer refugee camp, which adds a camp north of Riften. I can SEE the camp. I can see the people walking around in the camp. The moment I walk into the cell of that camp, the game crashes. Mods that add a location via a door or a portal are immune to this problem. I.e., I have the Hideaway house north of Whiterun. I can access it easily without CTD'ing because I need only access it via a wooden plank. Any mod that adds a cave, mill, or any physical location will CTD my game.

**The only exception to this rule is the Apachii Divine Elegance Store, for no known reason.

I'm not sure what is causing this problem. I assume that whatever is causing this problem is linked with a problem I have when starting the Alternate Life mod (where the game automatically CTDs when I get into the bed to load anything other than the vanilla start).

I have restructured Load Order quite a few times, and I have restarted a new file to see if adding them mid-way through the game was the issue (it was not). There are a few mods that I added after this problem started occurring, so they are not the culprits persay (like the Realistic Ragdoll, Guards Armor Replacer, all the horse mods, FNIS, and Immersive Patrols).

**Wenches have this problem, but I had the CTD with new location problem BEFORE I downloaded it. (I didn't know it added new locations...)

Any help would be appreciated!

This can be the cause of your mod manager.

In my experience a ctd when entering an added cell or altered region it is the cause of bad or not good installed textures. This can also be don by overwritten by a mod manager or when it gets not the good priority.

If you use Vortex maybe look to the conflict manager in your mods tab, maybe you can change anything there. If you use NMM the try to install a conflicting mod again and let it overwrite other things. If you use MO then I have no advice because I don't no that program.
