I search mod "followers learn magic" and other two mods

Hello, i'm new to skyrim and I would like to address a question and ask for two mods

 

Mi question is: I have dawnguard and patch 1.7 and I wonder how fast they level followers. I have Lydia (lvl 12), Meeko (dog lvl 12) and mod Lian Vera (lvl 20, thanks for this mod) but I know nothing about whether states or raise their level up. I have "AskFollowersSkills"-

 

I search these two mods:

1. I am searching for a mod with which followers can learn magic. I have downloaded some mods spells and I would like to learn that Vera as they are of his magical school
    
   
2. I am searching a beautiful bow mod, that look fantasy. I download two mod called "Newermind Bow Collection" and "ethereal bow". Also I have bow of the phantasy star mod. but I search more bows and arrows (I have Angry Birds Arrows :D)
    
   
3. I am searching a mod with the enchantments of weapons is infinite and not have to reload. I put my sword a charm that makes it very strong but runs out quickly and asked me many great soul gems.

Well, I can't help with the other two questions, but there is a mod called ultimate followers overhaul. I'm not using it at the moment, but I have in the past, and for the most part it does work well. You'll have to read the guide on setting it up, but it's worth it. It'll let you do a lot more with your followers, including telling them to 'level up', learn magic spells, and I believe... avoid combat and stay in sneak mode? There may be a few other options, but i can't remember them all.

Oh. It also adds the ability to tell your followers to equip the armor they have on, under a 'you could dress better' dialogue option.

Thanks for this mod, I download and installed, but i have two questions

 

1- I click "read this book" to learn magic, made ​​an animation when reading a book but he still looks every book in exchange? learned equally?

 

2- The armor mod "Sabers Mod" is a mod with 4 parts (3 heavy and 1 light). Lydia didn't set up this part (light) and the option "You are naked..." (in your mod) didn't appears in the conversation :(. Ah, Lydia have a Hylian Shield (light shield) of the mod "Master Sword and Hylian Shield". The light part is a helmet, Lydia didn't have other helmet.

You'll have to read through the guide on the main page, the mod takes a bit to set up.

might be easier for you as an english as a second language student if you divide it up into sections. Copy the entire guide (it's posted on the main page i think) and paste it into word pad or something, then divide it up into pieces so you don't get overwhelmed with a huge wall of text.

To get her to equip items you would prefer, you tell her 'you know, you could dress better'. follow the author's guidelines on setting it up and troubleshooting & if it doesnt work, post on the comments section of the mod.

not sure what you mean by the book part, and i don't know anything about the other mod. have fun tho :)
