searching for a mod

hi all,

 

i'm looking for two mods:

1st-- a mod that changes the running animation, but i have not found anything better than the ninja running mod, and it is ugly, because the shoulders and legs of the character will deform during the animation

 

there is any better mod? any type of running animation is good, the important thing is that it should be better than the original :)

 

2nd-- a mod that gives me the possiblity of creating some kind of portals with the same functionality of the diablo II teleport scrolls
