Single Class Challenge Mod

This is based on the Single Class Challenge from Final Fantasy Tactics, and it's arguably implementable without a mod:

 

Before-hand, you pick a class (maybe before you run the mod-uploader), and afterwards only rookies and that class are available. I.e. if a rookie is promoted, it's only to the selected class. If your class-of-choice is sniper, then you'll never see a non-sniper class.

 

If you choose a SHIV SCC, then your rookies will remain rookies forever, no promotions.

 

You could even choose a Rookie SCC; no perks at all (a mod to have no perks and no non-rifle guns, but still have stats advancement, could be a part of this).
