LE Mod Request

I read all about this is not a mod request post but everytime i go to the skyrim mod request tag it brings me back here

 

If I am at the right place i would like a mod done if poss, a small or medium home in riverwood with all crafting stations including staff enchantment with adopible children.

 

Please no castle or anything big

well the closest thing to that (that already exists as far as im aware) in the Hearthfire DLC, you can buy a plot of land from the Jarl of Falkreath's steward which is behind Pinewatch, near Riverwood. you can build your own house and can have your children live there with your spouse and a housecarl (idk if thats the name for it in this case)
