Need some help with ESPfe's

So I have an issue. One person, well respected, said I can add new weapons into an ESPfe if they are not too big/snazzy. I went with his advise and started converting them, which is actually working on my computer but I don't know if previous versions are "stuck" in the memory being the cause they are showing up. Another person, also well respected, said you can't create new content as an ESPfe. But like I said, it seems to be working for me.

What I need is a volunteer whom I can send some of these files to in order to try them out on their PC. They are very simple mods, ie meshes/textures/esp. No scripts or anything weird (I'm not familiar with them).

Is there anyone with some knowledge of converting to form 44 in the CK, ESPfe conversion in SSEEdit, and optimizing the meshes/textures who would be willing to check these out on their computer? All the work is done, I just need confirmation they are working as intended, I guess.

That's not all of them I've done, but I don't want to waste the time on converting them to ESPfe's if they are not doing what they are supposed to. But both Vortex and Wrye Bash are identifying them as "Could Be Light" and that seems to be working for me.

EDIT: Is it alright for me to compact the formid's on a mod that I made? It is the first weapon I've come across that cannot be light and it is out of range. No updates or anything for it, I'd just like to see if the model can be an ESPfe after it has been compacted since all the others are. Older model so that is probably why it is out of range.

• sj_doubletap.esp:

New Forms greater than 0xFFF.

EDIT: Never mind on the last part. Did it anyway and it seems to be working fine. First questions still stand though.
