Severed prophecy message mod (Morrowind death NPC message)

I figured out how to make a mod, with a message "With this character's death, the thread of prophecy is severed. Restore a saved game to restore the weave of fate, or persist in the doomed world you have created,". But the developers of Morroblivion said that many NPC can be killed by creatures due to the features of the Oblivion engine, which means many quests failed. Your ideas, what other NPC need to add a death message besides original Morrowind essential NPC? After your suggestions, I will add a script to the proposed NPC for Morroblivion and original Oblivion.
