Show Sell Glitch

I have a problem with some spells. I havn't played skyrim for about a month, so this may be because of an update. Spells like frost don't have the blu-white mark they make when used on a surface. When in my vampire form, telekinesis doesn't have the yellow color it usualy has when drawn. When I get close to people my bats still can cause harm, but arn't visible. The vampiric life drain spell doesn't have the red blast when I cast it. Can someone please help me. I have my load order below.
