Beard and brows clipping when npc moves their face

I have tried without any face mods active as well but nothing. This started randomly, I am not sure why. At first I thought it was Expressive Facial Animations but it happened in vanilla too, but much less without that mod. Both on men and women.

Did you found any solution to this? Is happening to me since a few days and i tryed reinstalling animations and meshes, textures, everything in the right order etc, but it keeps clipping. Idk if it is because high poly head, facial morphs, hair mods... its driving me crazy

It's the facial expression mod. Go through the meshes folder & delete every file it added. For the future, beard clipping occurs due to faulty/mismatching ".tri" files. They are not a necessity for any head mesh. If you added any other expressions mods in an attempt to fix your beard issue, delete those too. They won't help.

I don't know if this will help anybody, but I was having this issue with NPCs and it turned out it was because of the Unique Character mod and the Expressive Facial Animations mods - I didn't think that would be it, but after putting the malehead.tri and femalehead.tri from expressive facial animations into each race/gender folder in Unique Character the problem is solved. I really don't get why Unique Character apparently affects NPCs, but this was driving me crazy so maybe it will help someone else!

Thanks so much for this. Was struggling for days with this after porting a follower from Oldrim.I just about gave up until I stumbled on this post. I just overwrote the malehead.tri of my follower with the one from the mod and bam everything solved.
