LE 2 mod requests

Below is a mod that I was given permission to change (add a few mobs to the list).

What I am trying to do and have been unsuccessful is add wolves, skeletons, skeevers and spiders to the auto level list.

 

The 2nd is just a request to reduced the damage done by enemy power attacks by 50%. Simple right?
