Scripting Help: Pulse Weapon Damage

I've been trying to get pulse weapons to damage power armor by script through referencing a form list. I originally had it through an effect applied to pulse weapons but that made patches with other mods that add power armor a pain, especially when merging. What I want to do is set it so that if somebody is wearing power armor in the form list AllPowerArmorListNormal, that person takes 100 damage. If the power armor is in the form list AllPowerArmorListHardened, then that person takes 10 damage. Tesla armor would shrug off additional pulse damage so it wouldn't need a form list. There would be something similar for the Shocker. I would have a script running to add any power armor to the appropriate form list, which I already know how to do. If anybody could help out in writing this, it would be appreciated.

 

EDIT: Come to think of it, would it be possible to run a script that unchecks the respawn flag for the Enclave and/or the Brotherhood, the latter if you blew up the Citadel?
