[Mod Request] Activate Cheats AND Saving

I want to be able to activate the in-game cheats and also save the game. I don't particularly care about trophies, I've got PS4 for that. I just want to cheat a bit on the PC version, have some fun, and then save my game so I can actually shut the game down. Thanks fam!

We honestly need this, because none of the native trainers or save editors offer the ability to activate all 5 levels of dead-eye. They all give an "infinite dead-eye pool" but that isn't the same thing. the dead-eye levels have to do with the unique skills you unlock throughout the story. (Selective targetting, continuous shooting while in dead-eye, highlight enemy weak points, etc.) The rockstar cheats, however, do if you enter the code "I seek and I find" you will unlock the cheat that allows you to set the dead-eye "skill" level to 5.

Exactly, there seem to be several options that the in game cheats give that there seem to be no mods for.
