[Mod Request] trainer to add weapons

I just want to be able to add weapons that are locked to later chapters without using a cheat save that gives all of them at once. There are already trainers that allow vehicle spawns and model swaps. Also spawning horses would be a nice addition to the trainer, so you can get horses like Buel at the start of the game.
