CTD when approaching cities

Hi. Every time when approaching cities I've been experiencing CTD. I've organized load order using the newest version of LOOT (0.14.6). Any ideas?

You have Skyrim Special Edition, but some of these mods are incorrectly named:

 

Static Mesh Improvement Mod.esp

Relighting Skyrim.esp

Enhanced Lighting For ENB.esp

 

All of these have SSE versions, so make sure you update those and don't have Oldrim versions or something. Those are only ones that I noticed. Check that you don't have other Oldrim mods (some Oldrim mods that are just textures and maybe meshes may work fine).
