BravoTeam1
Hey, I was thinking since there are only two houses (well actually one is a suite in a hotel/penthouse) for the player to actually own with non-respawning containers, etc. So it would be nice to add a getaway maybe in downtown D.C. or somewhere in the wasteland. I did some modding for Oblivion but totally oblivious (get it, oblivion; oblivious) on how to mod Fallout since there was no specific construction kit just for Fallout 3. Any feedback/comments would be great!
Omnimmotus
'Fraid we pretty much need to wait for a CS before we get anything like that, unless someone is willing to get really nitty-gritty with positioning references manually via the FOMM TESSnip. Even then, it'd probably just be some non-respawning containers and a bed. (Would be very useful.)
biarki
Working on one, new modder so not too sure what all can be done yet. If nothing else it'll be a nicer safe house to sleep and store your things. I'm hoping to get some other things in there like the chem set, med station etc... I'll let you know how my progress is going. So far i just have a big empty room, LOL. I'll be scanning these boards for any other info i can find. chronosmagus
You do realize this was a request for Fallout 3, posted in 2008 when it was about as new as New Vegas is now? :P

Looked and looked and couldn't find it. May have just saved me quite a bit of time! The link provided is to an oblivion add-on. Is there another version for Fallout 3? biarki
OK, been working on my place, while perusing the forums for advice and such. Coming along nicely, however, I think there are quite a bit of mods out there that does this already. There's just so many mods to look through, they're difficult to find. I've found an efficient way to go through them. Well, a little bit efficient, anyways. start here to go through user-made buildings mods.
