Xcom has lot of customization options, yet nearly all of the male and female hairstyles are identical, the biggest offenders are crew cuts and ponytails, which are numerous and similar looking. Probably only need about four or five new ones to mix things up. Something I'd really like is a better "redhead" color/tint/texture. IMO, there's blond, brown and "in between" settings... and then dyed bright cherry red! Nothing like a realistic red hair color to my eyes.
