trackho
I wasn't quite content with some of my NPCs replacement appearance, particularly height (changed by way of TES5Edit and the trusty NPC Visual Transfer script), so I played around with their TES5edit heights. Now, since most of these NPCs I have met in game, they're already baked in. I know weight changes neck seams can be made whole thru setnpcweight and disable/enable. But what about height? There's no 'setnpcheight' is there, and setscale is a bit confusing to me because is it just setscale to the height I changed it to, or do I need to consider setscaling to the difference between the original height and the changed height [like if it was 0.98, and I TES5Edit it to 1.02, so the ingame setscale should be 1.04 {and with some changes, I've practically lost their original heights}]? Or should I just recycleactor? And does that incur any problems [other than making sure for follower/hireling types to make sure to take their items with me before recyleactoring them]? Grospolina
It should just be setscale to the exact number that you set in TES5Edit. The command isn't relative to their current height. And as you have correctly guessed, "height" is really just scale. Making someone "taller" actually makes them bigger in all dimensions.
