Reason:

Repeated upload of mods containing pieces of music/Skyrim themes (one converted and cut) performed by other artists (cover) without providing the artists‘/right holders‘ permissions for use, conversion and redistribution and without providing the artists‘/right holders‘ sub licences that allow the uploader to give permission for further modification and use of the artists‘/right holders‘ assets in the files.

As the user was issued a Formal Warning 26 February 2019 - 01:04 AM for the same reason (4 files) and due to exchange of messages concerning this (via personal messenger) the uploader has been aware of the permission and copyright issues associated with the modification, use and redistribution of others‘ work without (providing) proper permission. As they continued uploading such files without providing proper permission, their account has been banned.

Further „music replacer“ files associated with this account will be removed as well.
