Freygon
I'm not entirely sure how many requests on this board are actually made into mods, but I'd like to give it a go anyway. I'd like to see someone mix ulfric's clothes and the steel armor (not steel plate). I'm a fan of coats over armor, but this style appears to be very rare in any game. So far I've only seen it done in a mod for Morrowind as the adamantium netch leather armor, which was done very well. So when I saw Gaz0line's pic of one, I was happy and waited for him to release it. However, he never delivered for Skyrim or Oblivion. So I figured, since Ulfric already wears something similar, one could work with that? The reason I'm not too happy with ulfric's armor is that it just doesn't feel right when the player wears an npc's unique armor, and the coat actually being made of chain disturbs me to no end. Plus, I really like the look of steel armor. So I'm thinking steel armor, from chest to pants, and only the coat over it, much like how the robed steel plate works. Perhaps some shortening of the sleeves might be necessary, since I've noticed the nordic steel gauntlets clip a little with the coat. Additionally, changing the coat's textures to cloth or leather would be welcome, preferably brown in color. Stat-wise I'm thinking light and heavy variants. As light armor, stats similar or identical to scale sound fitting, while giving it the stats of steel for a heavy variant seems reasonable. I'd be very grateful to anyone who could do this. As of now I simply lack the means or the knowledge to do it myself.

Freygon
I know of both the hedge knight and spellbinder armors. Neither are what I am looking for, mostly due to the use of witcher 2 models, which, though they look very good in their own game, do not quite fit into Skyrim I find. I think it's the textures, mostly. In addition the fine clothes coat model looks a bit goofy to me, like it does something to the shoulders that just doesn't look right. Too broad, too round? Thank you for pointing it out, but it's not what I'm looking for.
epicurme
Bump? (I am sorry, for the bump on an old topic. But I have been searching for this exact thing myself for weeks. And I thought maybe this was better than starting a new topic. So sorry if I am breaking protocol! I, uh, don't do forums for a reason. DX) I have also seen the Hedge Knight armours, and the "Winter is Coming" cloaks, and they are great! But I would love to see the Ulfric-style fur over nord plate. Man... I'd pay money for it (probably!) Edited March 28, 2013 by epicurme
