Oblivion Pose Pack / Erotic Pose Pack trouble

i got the following mod :http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/13193#content

usually there should be like 4 or even 5 of these magical balls, but i only got two of them. i used to have this mod some time ago and then i had all of them, but now i don´t.

are there any conditions i have to fulfill to get these balls? or did i just install these mods incorrectly all the time (already tried it about 3 times :))
