Fallout 4 mods not working

[HdoStorm]

I tried to load a game with mods and it got stuck in a black loading screen with the loading symbol for hours so i just gave up eventually. I then started a game without mods made my character, then left enabled mods and reloaded but it crashed. I used Loot and apparently there are no conflicting files and the load order is fine, im also using Fallout 4 script extender. Anyone know why its not working?
