I recently upgraded my PC and now my presets are gone, well sort of.

I just recently upgraded my to PC's processor to a Ryzen 9 3900x, which a proper faff but to cut things short I needed to reinstall windows. Anyway after that I did that I linked my old steam folder back to steam and try to run some games including Skyrim. It didn't launch so I reinstalled it and the same thing happened so I wiped the drive(something I was going to do anyway) and installed it once more. This was the big mistake, after that I found out that I hadn't installed Direct X, which is why it wasn't launching. This is when I realised that I hadn't made a back up for my mods and I just got rid of everything. Great, should of thought about that. So I set about reinstalling some mod which isn't an issue but my character presets were gone, I had been using the same few characters from the first day I played Skyrim. There is still hope and this is my question, long story aside, I had made saves with the main characters I use the most, but when I load those games, well one they don't even load and two when they did they don't load the same head, almost like all the extra values you can tweak in racemenu just didn't load in. Is there a way I can load the saves and still keep the same face or even just get the values that I used to make them so I can just remake them again. Also, I tried making them again but they don't look anywhere near the same.
