Need help with a file.

Hey guys and gals, I need some help on identify and fixing a problem for Wrye Flash and FNV Edit programs.

 

I have this one file thingy that doesn't work with both programs, it is:

 

"MMUE-CP-PNOWB.esp

 

I am not sure what mod it goes to, but it has a red box in Wrye Flash and it bring up a error in FNV Edit:

 

[00:03] Background Loader: [Project Nevada - Old World Blues.esp] Loading file

[00:03] Background Loader: Fatal: <EOSError: System Error. Code: 2.

 

It only happens with I check it in the plugins.

 

I just when I am using the Mod Configuration Menu mod,and I can't see some options on Project Nevada as it some errors appear on Cyberware. (Like "501 Not found", something to that effect).

Error Code 2 means that the plugin has not been loaded before whatever requires it. Either the file is missing, or you need to move it before whatever requires it in your load order.

 

There are no MCM options for Cyberware or Equipment, even in the Extra Options mod, and the author put that "error" message in as a joke.
