Two Mods - Both do not start quests

EDIT: I guess Sutch doesn't really have a questline...

 

As for the other mod 'Werewolf', the Old Nord doesn't have any conversation topics. There MUST be some simple thing that I'm doing wrong and just completely missing.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
