No way to hire a follower :(

Yesterday i finished the quest for protecting Whiterun from a dragon on the south tower ( if i remember well ). After that i'm was named Thane of whiterun and i gain an housecarl named Lydia.

I was happy to see her , so i can hire her again for my new playtrough ! But , she didn't show the dialogue line "follow me , i need your help".

I was like : "??"... after thinking i supposed that i need to buy the whiterun house to gain Lydia... but i don't have 5000 gold and i realy need a follower to carry all my stuff.

So i remember that sven from riverwood is easy to gain as a follower. Only a little quest is needed. So i traveled to riverwood again and made his quest. And again : this dialogue line don't appear !! ><. I also tryed with his ennemy (an elf with a bow) who can be gained with the same quest... no way .. still the same ..

 

So i bagan to disable all my mods --> still the same

I launched the game only with skyrim.esm + update.esm + dawnguard.esm --> still the same

I searched the internet about cheats to turn lydia or sven or the elf to a follower --> still the same

I downloaded mod such as UFO --> this one show me a new line for the potential follower but i can't hire them with it.

 

Do i need to do something more to gain a follower ?

 

I'm a level 5 khajiit

 

Thanks in advance because i realy don't see why it still not working :(... it seems that followers need another condition that i don't have ... :(....
