Conversion of a mod by another author to Skyrim SE and knowingly distributing it without the original author’s permission for modification, use, conversion and redistribution of the original author’s assets in the file.

Original author’s „Credits and distribution permission“ (excerpt) and mod description , the uploader ignored:

You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it

Conversion permission
You are not allowed to convert this file to work on other games under any circumstances

Asset use permission
You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file

Original mod author’s description (excerpt) on DVA Dynamic Vampire Appearance, last updated 10 September 2013, 06:31 AM:
„…To impatient players and modders: I'm totally fine if you want to port them for personal use, but do so at your own risk and please do not post them. …“

Uploader’s description (excerpt):
„It's been 5 years plus with no word from the author, I've messaged him to no avail so this is a direct port that works 110% with SSE“

Uploader’s „Credits and distribution permission“ (excerpt):

Modification permission
You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it

Asset use permission
You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file

The uploader has not provided the original author’s sub licence that allows her/him to give further permission for modification and use of the original author’s assets in the file.
