Conversion of a mod by another author ("not opted-in to receive Donation Points") to Skyrim SE and redistributing it without providing the original author’s permission for conversion, modification, use and redistribution of the original author’s assets in the files.

You are allowed to use the assets in this file without permission or crediting me

Asset use permission in mods/files that earn donation points
You are allowed to earn Donation Points for your mods if they use my assets

The original author‘s sub licence, that allows the uploader to give such permission concerning the original author’s assets in the file, has not been provided either.

The uploader has not taken the opportunity s/he was given via full page notification and personal messenger to provide the said permission and sub licence.
