There was one save where the icon showed correctly and I have not been able to get it straightened out since. drmusic435 Posted January 17, 2021 Share Posted January 17, 2021 I had the same issue in Horizon 1.8 beta 7 and it turns out my mod conflict was with Better Locational Damage - there is a Perk overhaul that it installs that conflicts with Horizon's perk system. When I reinstalled BLD without the perk option everything worked after that.
