Player Height Problem

Hey all I just came back to Skyrim after long break so I updated all my mods up to date.

Everything was working fine untill I changed view to 3-rd person and I saw that my character is smaller than every other NPC in the world.

I tried the console command to change size but when I try to crafting|cooking etc my character get back to previous size, also tried starting new game but same problem.

When I look through 1-st person everything is normal but in 3-rd person npc are much taller.

I noticed this too. Also just came back to Skyrim after a long break. I actually noticed it in first person ... "Why am I looking up at this guy?" Very odd.

Well I re-installed game removed all mods made clean save and...characters is still smaller than NPC.

I think this must be patch related.

@HanPL - have you tried starting a new game with no mods enabled?I would imagine character height will be normal.

 

 

After reading some comments on the Bethesda unofficial patch forums I am starting to think that it is not possible to make a genuinely clean save in Skyrim if there have been any mods previously installed on a character.The root of the problem seems to be the way in which script data gets permanently burned in to a save profile and as yet there are no tools or apps available to remove old script data from save games.

Not really big problem since I mostly play in 1-st person but it's annoying when switching to 3-rd person,
